Dear Members of 100 Women Who Care,

You are an important community and your impact on the Napa Valley is unrivaled. This year has brought unprecedented challenges, from COVID-19 to fires, and now Napa County reverting to a Purple Tier just in time for the holidays.

We consider a major highlight of our 100s events to be the warmth and excitement of giving that can only be experienced in person. As everyone is dealing with their own challenges this season, we have decided to cancel the formal November/December 100s virtual giving event.

Instead, we encourage all 100s Who Care members who can, to donate your $100 to your Napa charity of choice. We believe this is a meaningful way our 100s community can support the Napa non-profits that are on the front line providing essential services. We recommend a donation to organizations listed in the 2020 Napa Can Do Give!Guide! Here you can find more than 50+ non-profits to donate to, and even donate to more than one at a time.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate the challenges of 2020. We plan to have a revised approach to the 100s in 2021, and hope to see all of your shining faces soon.

We wish you all a wonderful and festive holiday season and a bright New Year!

Our First meeting was on April 3, 2014
Silo's and Napa River Inn
An amazing 180 women attended the first 100 Women Who Care About Napa County meeting at Silo's and Napa River Inn Hatt Hall. The energy and atmosphere was truly inspirational. We heard about three programs of NEWS-Domestic Violence & Sexual Abuse Services (the non-profit that administrates 100WWC Napa County and is the beneficiary once per year). The women voted to help NEWS hire an on-call Domestic Violence Response Team Advocate, which will help relieve the NEWS staffers from being on call weekends after they have worked a full week. $18,000 was collected, which will make a huge impact in helping the organization. It was an amazing experience and everyone is excited for the next meeting when one of three lucky non-profits will be chosen. 3 more non-profits benefited that first year from 100WWC-Napa County - Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Northbay, If Given a Chance Foundation and Family Service Napa Valley.... totaling more that $80,000 in donations to our community in one year!
